Information transmission into the ECUAPASS system

ECUAPASS is the name given to the customs department electronic dispatch system that allows foreign commercial operators to ease customs formalities.

The local Customs department requires all the relevant information from each aircraft operation to be transmitted via ECUAPASS before the gates are closed, therefore information transmission into this system is handled as a priority to prevent sanctions on behalf of the local authority.

On this field WPS S.A. offers assistance in all the procedures stablished by the local Customs department for both cargo and passengers’ operations, included but not limited to:
- Arrival and Departure passenger list.
- Arrival and Departure cargo manifest.
- Rectifying information entered in the ECUAPASS system.
